Buckwheat hulls (buckwheat chaff/husk) are of the most popular fillings for meditation cushions due to the number of benefits it has to offer. They don’t have a smell, they are hypoallergenic and easily adjust to your body shape.
At this moment all our meditation cushions and bolsters are filled with ecological buckwheat hulls, sourced from the Netherlands.
